After a long day, one of the best things to do is to go to bed and enjoy a restful and peaceful sleep. However, not everyone enjoys a great night of sleep. Some people have to deal with horrible sleep disorders like sleep paralysis, bruxism or sleepwalking. A nightmare is horrible since you often remember them after you wake up. If you want to avoid nightmares, try to do meditation or yoga to relieve stress and anxiety.
