Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg room temperature
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup raisins

Instructions

Toast oats on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 425° for about 5 min. or until golden. Let cool. Mix all dry ingredients. Using an electric mixer incorporate butter first, then egg, honey, and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Let sit at room temperature for an hour or more. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook for 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients

1 ¾cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 large egg, room temperature
⅓ cup molasses
